This Refund & Cancellation Policy applies to subscriptions purchased through the BreathFree app or website, operated by BreathFee LTD, Teststreet 12, 2222TT Amsterdam, the Netherlands. For questions, contact us at info@rolandb31.com.

We want you to feel confident subscribing to BreathFree. This Policy is designed to be fair and transparent, and complies with Dutch consumer law and the EU Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU) as implemented in the Netherlands.

1. Your Statutory Right of Withdrawal (Cooling-Off Period)

As a consumer in the Netherlands, you have the legal right to withdraw from a digital subscription contract within 14 calendar days from the date your subscription starts, without giving any reason. This is your statutory “herroepingsrecht” (right of withdrawal).

1.1 Waiver of the Right of Withdrawal

Because BreathFree is a digital service, at the point of purchase we will ask you to expressly acknowledge that:

If you provide this acknowledgement and immediately begin using the Service, your right of withdrawal may be lost upon commencement. If you do not waive this right, you may withdraw within 14 days and receive a full refund.

1.2 How to Exercise Your Right of Withdrawal

2.2 When Cancellation Takes Effect

Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current paid billing period. You will continue to have full access to BreathFree until that date. We do not offer partial-period refunds for mid-cycle cancellations, except where required by law or as described in Section 3 below.

3. Refund Eligibility

3.1 Within the Cooling-Off Period (No Waiver)

If you did not waive your right of withdrawal and you cancel within 14 days of your subscription start date, you are entitled to a full refund of any subscription fees paid.

3.2 After the Cooling-Off Period

After the 14-day cooling-off period has expired (or if you waived it), subscription fees are generally non-refundable, except in the following circumstances:

If you subscribed after a free trial, the 14-day cooling-off period begins from the date the trial converts to a paid subscription. Any refund requests must be made within that 14-day window.

4. Auto-Renewal Charges

If you forget to cancel before your renewal date and are charged for a new billing period, please contact us at info@rolandb31.com within 7 days of the renewal charge. We will review each case individually and may issue a refund for the renewal charge if you have not used the Service during the renewed period, at our reasonable discretion.
